Welcome to FlexFarms. Your privacy and the security of your agricultural data are our top priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how FlexCodeLabs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information within the FlexFarms mobile application.

1. Multi-Tenant Enterprise Isolation

FlexFarms is an enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS platform. All data is strictly isolated using a mandatory OrganisationID. Your farming data is logically separated at the database level and is only accessible by authorized users within your specific enterprise organization.

2. Data Collection & Usage

A. Account Information

We collect professional identifiers including your name, email address, and organizational role to facilitate secure access to the platform and maintain audit logs.

B. Livestock & Operational Data

To provide core management features, we process data you input regarding:

• Animal Records: Pedigree (Sire/Dam), health history, and vital metrics.
• Breeding Data: Gestation cycles, heat tracking, and offspring logs.
• Inventory: Medication logs and feed stock levels.

C. Hardware & Media Access

• Camera & Gallery: Used for animal photo identification and Barcode/RFID scanning for inventory logistics.
• Notifications: Used for critical alerts, such as overdue breeding cycles or low-stock medication thresholds.

3. Offline-First Storage & Security

FlexFarms utilizes an Offline-First Architecture. Data entered in the field is stored in an encrypted Isar Database on your device. Upon restoration of connectivity, data is synchronized with our secure NestJS backend via TLS-encrypted channels.

We use Stateless Session Authentication. Your credentials and access tokens are stored exclusively within the device’s Secure Enclave (Keychain/Keystore) and are never stored in plain text.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase for real-time push notifications and synchronization triggers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your agricultural production data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for the duration of your organization's active subscription. In compliance with Apple’s global standards:

• Account Deletion: Users may initiate account and data deletion directly within the App settings or by contacting our support team.
• Data Purge: Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers associated with your user profile are purged from our production systems within 30 days.

6. Rights & Children's Privacy

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your professional data at any time. Furthermore:

• Children's Privacy: FlexFarms is a professional enterprise tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
